Our air freight services offer various timelines and options for scheduling shipments. Our express and premium shipping services typically take a minimum of 48 hours to arrive in Jamaica and are available for next-day clearance. Additionally, our next-day shipping service usually requires 24 hours from when the items are delivered to our international warehouse, prior to our cut-off time, and is also available for clearance the day after arrival.
Sea freight typically takes 7-10 business days from when the vessel sets sail. Our vessel sails every Wednesday of each week and docks the following Tuesday, provided there are no delays.
Yes. Our next-day shipping options allow customers to have their packages shipped the same day, provided the item(s) are delivered before noon on the day(s) our shipments are scheduled to be sent off. Please note that this service attracts an additional cost.
Customers have five days to collect their packages once they are available for pickup at our store. It is important to retrieve your items within this timeframe to avoid any inconvenience. If you do not pick up your package(s) within these five days, a storage fee will be applied for holding your package(s).

If your package is delivered outside of warehouse operating hours, it means that it was not received by a warehouse receiving officer. In this case, you should file a claim for reimbursement with your seller, as the receipt of your package cannot be guaranteed.
